Equinox Strategy Partners announced today that it has expanded its team of business development coaches and trainers with the addition of Lana Manganiello, an Orange County native with over 15 years of experience in professional services sales.

Manganiello will provide Equinox Strategy Partners’ law, accounting and business management firm clients with the fundamental skills and techniques for building their practices and for providing top-notch service.
Fitzgarrald added that, more so than ever, successful professionals are edging out the competition by being more strategic and intentional in the way they approach clients, prospects and referral sources.
Manganiello explains that she achieves results for the professionals she works with by teaching them strategy and tactics to build trusting relationships with current and ideal clients. “In 2019 and beyond, savvy professionals have learned to be excellent practitioners and great marketers—both skillsets are now part of the job description,” said Manganiello, a UC Irvine graduate and Los Angeles resident who has been a financial planner at Northwestern Mutual, a Brokerage Director at MassMutual and a Managing Director with The Guardian Life Insurance Company. “Securing business is not about sounding smart and selling your credentials.
