The Associate Advancement Accelerator is designed to help early-career lawyers reach their full potential while proactively addressing the root causes of burnout and attrition. Program Structure and Implementation:
The Associate Advancement Accelerator runs over 12 months and combines in-person and virtual group training, small group coaching, and guided independent work. Each participant tracks progress monthly through a personal scorecard.
Kickoff Session
Delivered virtually in small groups, this session sets the tone by introducing the program, assessing individual goals, and laying out a roadmap for the year.
Group Training & Collaboration
On even months, participants attend six group sessions—four virtual and two in-person workshops. These interactive, facilitated meetings build core business and professional skills while fostering peer connections.
Small Group Coaching
On odd months, participants meet in virtual coaching groups of four to share experiences, practice techniques, and learn from each other. These sessions focus on actionable strategies to grow confidence, relationships, and impact.
